The property is in a very good area of Pearland, TX located directly on Cullen Road. Cullen is a mixed business use area. There is a major High School, Dawson High School, a Church, agriculture uses, a few residences, cemeteries, City offices, a Post Office and then retail on the south end.  The north side is home to the new community, The Townhomes at Lake Park, https://www.townhomesatlakepark.com.
